Mission
Towards a legionella-safe Belgium,
one building at a time.
We believe in a Belgium where everyone has access to safe water, where a shower can be taken without worries, and where cooling towers do not spread bacteria. Where buildings – large or small – are managed with expertise, and where health does not depend on luck, but on conscious choices. That is why we work every day to make legionella risks visible, manageable and manageable.
Legionella management is not an unnecessary luxury, but an essential part of healthy building management. It starts with a risk analysis, in which we examine the entire water circuit: from taps and boilers to pipes and less used zones. Based on this analysis, we draw up a practical management plan – a workable document that proposes realistic measures, adapted to the building, its use and the resources of the owner or operator.
Our approach is well-considered, feasible and aligned with legislation. Where regulations are lacking, we use recognised reference documents. In this way, we demonstrate that a location is operated in a responsible and substantiated manner, in line with the precautionary principle.
We consciously choose to collaborate: with owners, managers, technical services and other stakeholders. Because legionella management only works if it is supported by everyone who works with or lives in the building. Together we translate theoretical risks into concrete action, from uncertainty to trust.
One building at a time, we are helping to build a legionella-safe Belgium.
